War against FAT

I need to start to be more conscious on what I eat, I'am not getting younger and my body mass is getting bigger which most of my friends and family member told me to reduce my weight and trust me it's not easy and it is even more expensive than the normal food...

Hope I can see result in 3 months time... (soon)
Present and the Future

When I started my BPO career my wave mate laugh at me they say I talk like robot, "good bye English", "Good bye grammar" which I find challenging so after the training for almost 2 months, I didn't stop learning I watch English film and read English novel book I train hard even at home. Most of my free time I just read books, articles, news, forum, blogs to sharpen my understanding on English Language which I hate the most way back High school. I don't even have an Idea about the subject Verb agreement hahaha !!

Then my previous TM (Team Manager) told me to use my strength to cover my weakness which I developed  after 6 months on the production floor, what really makes me different from other agents is building rapport. I always think that those customer is my family so I wont feel anxious when I talk to them, which is crazy because it work.

Then after 1 year of hard work and endless motivation

It pay off :) !!!

Give love...

Recently SXM family just had an event "God and Goddess" and this picture really capture my attention. I just thought that in BPO industry a lot of relationship grow from best buddy to best partner to lover and eventually a family. I miss the old times wish I can turn back time...

My Buddy (best friend)

Did you ever experience that you meet someone that you don't know but you feel like you know them for so long that you jive what ever you do?

Well I experience it first hand when I met my bestfriend Jude Himzon, it started to be simple talk about "what you do", "what you like" and then the #row4 people where born, row 4 students is like people that doesn't care if they learn all they want is to make fun.

Nick, Joab, Jude and I were like those row 4 student, we easily get distracted with simple things, we laugh a lot, and we do as much as we wanted but never we seek for attention. We had our private jokes, most of our wave mate just look at us because were laughing in a snap...

Going back to my bestfriend, since this is his first time to be on BPO industry I tried to teach him as much as I can when it comes to Call Center experience, teach him the do's and don't and manage to learn as well. We are like brother in a different mother. Most of the time we talk about the accounts on how to make our lives easier hahaha...

Until now were best buddy...

Decorate your bay

Were given a task to decorate our bay and we are trying to think of something that doesn't look usual and at the same time something that will stand out. Then we think of the theme "HERO KITTY" came from the word hello kitty of course, funny as hell but we decided to go with it, dare to be different is what I told.

Were able to finish it in one day and turn out disaster, hahaha !!! Judges doesn't like it but gave us A for effort... It is still fun since I can't remember when was the last time I design bay

I need to write new page of my life and that is with Time Warner Cable this time

From the beginning I don't know what to feel SXM is my family ever since I started working in a BPO Industry but changes is the only constant thing in this world. One of the saddest part of my life is when my Operation Manage (Vicky) told me the news that I need to transfer to another account. I though its ok from the start but later on It started to sink in and miss all my family in SXM, but I manage to hold a grip and say goodbye to all my friend one by one.

Then I meet my TWC wave mates (wave 9) some are ordinary, some are not, most are crazy and I started to realize transferring from another account is not bad at all. I met wonderful people and new stuff to learn but it was never easy at the beginning... All day you have to learn letters and numbers that doesn't make sense a tools that you haven't seen in your life. A process that you don't know if you will learn, anxious and at the same time still sad to what happen but I tried.

Now I manage to learn all the things that is necessary for the account and able to get good stats. Thanks to all the trainer and mentor who teach me and not waiting anything in return.
This are few of the beautiful people that I work with in APAC for almost 3 years

(left to right)
Patrick Guanco, Felbert Ortiz, Me :), Lordan Obille, Heiyz Pascual, Edz Gonzales

Patrick and Felbert is 2 waves ahead of me but we manage to be friends inside and outside the office together with our very supportive Supervisor Operation Manager Lordan Obille and the two lovely ladies TL Heiyz and TL Edz. We manage to survive the drastic and pass phase environment on the floor along with the other TLs. This is one of the best memory that I had since I work in a BPO Industry. This people never fail to make me smile...
The company where I work just had a new store and its almost like the concept of "Honest Store"
no one actually attend to check who is trying to get something for free though they have CCTV but it doesn't matter. The reason why I like this store is because it create this atmosphere about being honest that someone still believe to what human can do, that someone is spending their money to prove that not all human are born to take advantage of others...

Goodbye Blackberry I am thankful I once experience to be a bb user...

Today, Blackberry released their preliminary financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2014, and it’s worse than imagined. While nobody believed BB10 would fully resurrect the once mighty smartphone company, nobody expected operating losses approaching $1 billion, either.
According to the press release, BlackBerry will be “refocusing” on enterprise and end-to-end solutions. They’ll also trim their lineup from six devices to four, with two high-end offerings and two lower-specced phones. This effectively means that BlackBerry is giving up competing in the consumer market and will try to survive as a niche player in enterprise.
Blackberry will also cut 4,500 jobs, and attempt to reduce their operating expenditures by 50% before the end of Q1 FY 2015.
In addition to the operating loss of $950-995 million, the Waterloo, Canada company will also see a pre-tax inventory charge of $930-960 million, primarily attributable to Z10 devices. Blackberry did make $1.6 billion, of which half is service revenue, and expects to see revenue on 3.7 million smartphones, primarily BB7 devices.
The company expects their adjusted net loss to hover in the $250 million range, or about $0.50 per share. At the time of writing, Blackberry stock is currently trading at $8.73, and has fallen $1.80 on the day, which is more in tune with their GAAP loss of $950 or so.
This marks an end to Blackberry’s consumer presence, and a sad exit for a once prominent and ubiquitous company. While the enterprise market got them to where they were, programs like BYOD and Apple’s increasingly strong presence in enterprise will prove difficult. Google is also pushing hard, and has many top-tier companies “going Google”. Blackberry may find sourcing contracts for enterprise or government difficult in the current landscape.
It seems even the most obvious solutions for survival may no longer be viable for Blackberry.
